HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping cost varies on your location, weight, and speed of shipment. Shipping quotes are provided during the checkout process.

If you are in the continental US:

Since I only have posters available right now, I will be shipping them all at a flat rate. I will be using USPS First-Class, with a tracking number, and each individual print (regardless of size) will be shipped for $3, and for each additional print, it will cost $0.50. If you place an order that is over $40, it ships free.

If you're in Hawaii, Alaska, and all other countries:

The shipping quote will be provided during the checkout process.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-5 business days for items to be processed before it ships. You will be notified if there any delays in your shipment outside of this timeframe. If you need an item sent quickly to make a deadline, please let us know and I’ll do my best to work something out. 

Backordered and pre-order items will require additional processing time. Please send me an email if you have any questions about this.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

I ship United States domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail.

My studio is located in Seattle, WA, so it can take 7 or more business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will be provided a tracking number for your order via email when your order has been shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! Currently, I ship all paper prints to all major international countries. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. Please visit the checkout page for more information on international shipping rates.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I accept returns and exchanges within 7 business days of order delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please visit the return policy page for more details.

Can you make custom name or quote art?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. As I build out my shop, custom work will absolutely be an option. Keep an eye out on my Instagram account, because that’s where I’ll make the announcement first! Follow me (@paperballcreative) and turn on post notifications so you know when I post anything to my story regarding updates to my shop!
